Per manager sliced tomatoes, shredded cheese blend, and diced chicken prepared today at 2:30 and moved food items to colder reach in cooler for proper cold holding. See stop sale for other food items. Per manager maintenance will be scheduled for make table/reach in cooler repair and food will not be stored in reach in cooler until repaired.
