  • 16-33-4:Intermediate - Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils when using a chemical sanitizer. Chorine sanitizer over 200 ppm. Inspector helped operator correct Chlorine sanitizer to 100 ppm.
