- 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Display on vending machine reading "out of service." Inspector located employee servicing other vending machines on site, employee was able to open up machine and replace sensor that they stated the machine used to detect the door closed or not and that the machine did not read that the door was closed and put itself out of service. Employee replaced sensor and machine was back up and running normally. Corrected On-Site
