Operator started to spray to eliminate small flying insects and has called pest control company for another treatment. **Corrective Action Taken** Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2025-01-07: Observed 13 small live flying insects in hallway near bathrooms landing on wall, 2 small live flying insects in cabinet underneath soda machine in lobby area, 2 small live flying insects underneath freeze machine in front service area, and 2 live small flying insects in women's bathroom. Operator stated that a treatment had been completed and another treatment will be completed tomorrow.
