Water heater was turned off at start of inspection due to a pending repair. The manager stated the repair is waiting on a part that is estimated to arrive in two weeks. Observed sink with water at 80F. Igloo style container with hot water at 122F stored on three compartment sink next to wash section of the three compartment sink where employees stated they were washing their hands above dirty dishes. Owner arrived and turned on water heater and hot water reads at 118F. Corrected On-Site Warning
