Unclosed storage area has dry storage rack with cleaned and sanitized dishes. Also one reach in freezer stored outside of main building. Observed solid walls for most of the area, but there is a gap at the bottom of the fencing, and the top of the fencing is close off with open grate that would allow for cross-contamination to occur. Additional employee restroom added as well. Two bars are present with garage doors, and they are completely open to environment.
