Observed thawed commercially vacuumed sealed fish not removed from packaging in the cook line and walk in cooler. Operator willingly disposed of the product. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 35B-03-4:Basic - Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors. Observed the exit door not self closing.
- 36-50-4:Basic - Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Observed black build up on the walk in cooler fan covers.
- 14-17-4:Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed the walk in cooler with rusted shelves.
- 08A-11-5:High Priority - Raw animal food stored over canned/bottled drinks. Observed a container of raw chicken stored on top of kegs in the walk in cooler.
