  • 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed the ice drop tray inside the ice machine with a black mold like substance across the bottom of the tray and the gasket in disrepair.
  • 51-11-4:Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed tank behind the bar not secured. **Repeat Violation**
  • 06-09-1:Basic - Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed 2 pounds of Salmon thawed, in Reduced Oxygen Packaging in the walk in cooler for more than 24 hours. Packaging states to remove from packaging and thaw under refrigeration.
