- 25-23-4:Basic - Single-service articles stored below soap or paper towel dispenser exposing the items to drips from people's hands. Observed single use gloves stored underneath the paper towel dispenser at the front counter. The operator properly stored the gloves. Corrected On-Site
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed shredded cheese (46F - Cold Holding) stored stacked above the fill line in the top section of the reach in cooler at the front counter. The operator emptied half of the contents and stored in another cooler. Observed sliced cheese (52F - Cold Holding) in the stand up reach in cooler in the kitchen. The operator was unsure on the duration the cheese had been out of temperature. Other potentially hazardous foods in the cooler were at proper cold holding temperatures. The operator will monitor the temperatures. **Corrective Action Taken**

- 41-18-4:High Priority - Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Observed the quaternary sanitizer solution in the three compartment sink at 500ppm. The operator diluted the solution to 200ppm. Corrected On-Site
