- 36-17-5:Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Hole in the floor at the front counter area, operator states company searching for a leak created a hole that will be fixed later today. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 10-01-5:Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Metal scoop handle in contact with semolina in the bulk container.
