Observed 3 packages of tuna, 6 packages salmon and 8 packages of Mahi on top shelf in reach in cooler thawed and not open. Packed labeled to remain frozen until time of use.
  • 08B-36-4:Basic - Food stored in a location that is exposed to splash/dust. Observed coffee filters on counter in small cafe kitchen located in back of dining room uncovered.
  • 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed gallons of oil stored on floor in storage are in back of kitchen.
