  • 01B-01-4:High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. On rack across from office in back of prep area: 2 dented cans of sliced ripe olives. 1 can of dented pineapple tidbits.

See stop sale. 2 containers of beef opened on 1/28 on pizza make line. Bag of beef without a date on it in walk in cooler that employee states was opened the same date as the ones on the make line.
