- 32-12-5:Basic - Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. Women's restroom used by customers and employees missing covered receptacle.
- 51-13-4:Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign Emailed operator choking sign during inspection.
- 33-16-4:Basic - Open dumpster lid. Right dumpster lid open.
- 25-06-4:Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. In dining room next to buffet area, container of forks and container of spoons not inverted for protection.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In waffle dispenser in dining room, waffle batter made with buttermilk (50F - Cold Holding) Operator stated waffle mix had been made approximately 3 hours prior. Provided operator with documentation for time as a public health control so she could keep waffle batter on time.
