- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked ribs on cook line in cooler in between the combi oven and flat grill with temperature at 56f. Operator stated that ribs were taken out around 9:30. Operator took ribs and put in walk in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
