- 35A-02-7:High Priority - Live, small flying insects found Observed one live flying insect flying above cookie display case.
- 12A-09-4:High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee pick up trash off ground with gloves hand and then handle sugar cones to scoop ice cream without changing gloves and washing hands. Discuss with employee.
