In the standup reach in cooler; potato salad arrived with prepped food (71F - Cooling); potato salad second temperature 2 hours (57F - Cooling); chicken 1215 (69F - Cooling); chicken 2 hours (57F - Cooling) In sealed bags and containers, portion of potato salad removed and placed on ice writhing temperature range.
