Observed flip-top cooler in kitchen at ambient 55F. Gaskets heavily torn. Person in charge stated top of flip-top cooler left open without containers.
- 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed gaskets on flip-top cooler heavily torn
- 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed case of milk on walk-in cooler floor. Observed case of plastic water bottles on floor in dry storage.
- 36-24-5:Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed newly renovated tile walls in kitchen in disrepair. Some tiles falling off wall. Missing grout making walls not smooth or easily cleanable.
