- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Flip top reach in cooler at the front counter has food debris in the door gasket. Walk in cooler/freezer doors have mold like substance along the sides of the doors and plastic guard at the base of the door. Operator had employees begin to clean door gaskets and the plastic guards. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 03F-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking. At time of inspection time/temperature control food for safety bagels at the front counter stored utilizing time as public health control with no time marking for todays date.
