- 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. There was no reading for quaternary or chlorine for the dishmachine. Operator states the chlorine is for the dishmachine and had quaternary sanitizer hooked up to the dishmachine. Operator hooked up the chlorine, emptied the dishmachine, and re ran. Test was 50ppm chlorine. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
