- 14-01-5:Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed in kitchen food container containing flour had a plastic cup use has a scoop with no handles. Stored in container of flour. Operator discarded the bowl and replace a scoop with a handle. **Corrected On-Site**
- 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed in kitchen cooking oil that is still full and use for cooking store directly on floor. Operator is re-educated to not store cooking oil directly on floor and needs to be 6 inches off floor. Operator move cooking oil off the floor. **Corrected On-Site**
