- 36-36-4:Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Still in process of finishing attic work
- 16-55-4:Basic - Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. High temp machine is not hooked up at this time. Make sure proper high temp is working prior to using. Three compartment sink is being used for now. Large dish machine waiting on part.
- 16-33-4:Intermediate - Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils when using a chemical sanitizer. Need to have high temp dish thermometer.
