  • 22-53-4:High Priority - Quaternary ammonium sanitizer used to sanitize clean in place equipment not at proper minimum strength. Do not use equipment not properly sanitized. Found at 0 ppm. Manager replaced with Quat sanitizer. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 16-33-4:Intermediate - Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils when using a chemical sanitizer. Expired test kits for both quat and chlorine sanitizer.
