Upright reach in cooler unit in grill area not maintaining at 41°, no food items stored in unit at this time. Also non working oven and non working reach in cooler in back dry stock room stored on site.
  • 14-10-4:Basic - Equipment or utensils not designed or constructed in a durable manner. Food storage pan with broken rim, removed by manager. Plastic cart used to transport food items in unit with cracked/broken top.
