- 14-01-5:Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed bowls with no handles used as scoops for multiple foods in the kitchen. The operator removed the scoops. Corrected On-Site
- 10-17-4:Basic - In-use knife stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed an in-use knife stored between a reach in cooler and a food preparation table in the kitchen. The operator removed the knife. Corrected On-Site
