- 14-09-4:Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed red cutting board on cook line with multiple grooves on it. Observed kitchen manager replacing board with a new one. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Observed black mold like substance in ice bin at soda station with black like mold on the inside of lid and around edges. Observed General Manager removing lid and washing it in dish and cleaning edge. Corrected On-Site
