  • 29-19-4:Basic - Standing water on bar top spill drain draining very slowly. Observed no drainage system for the spill ledge at the bar.
  • 29-17-4:Basic - Waste line missing at soda gun holster behind the bar.
  • 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the dishmachines behind the outside bar at 25ppm. The operator has other dishmachines on site available for use. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 31B-02-4:Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at the hand sinks behind the bar.
