- 36-36-4:Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Observed missing ceiling tiles over the dry storage area, open states has new tiles to replace. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On the storage shelf by the three compartment sink, clean plastic containers stacked while wet.
