- 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior of the bulk ice bin has mold like substance spots on the deflector plate. Operator cleaned and sanitized the deflector plate. Corrected On-Site
- 51-11-4:Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. In the rear storage hallway by the office area, multiple carbon dioxide tanks stored without being secured.
