Front counter where operators will be scooping ice cream and placing toppings on ice cream does not have a ceiling, only the exposed rafters and exposed AC duct work. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-02-12: Per district manager and director since the current owners did not remove the ceiling themselves they are allowed to operate as long as they install some sort of smooth, non absorbent, easily cleanable ceiling in the forseeable future. **Time Extended**
