  • 14-74-7:Basic - Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Observed reach in make line in disrepair on cook line. Manager has work order in for it and are waiting on parts. All time and temperature control for safety foods are held with ice.
  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Reach in freezer had ambient temperature of 40f. Observed poultry product thawing but was in temperature
  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Make line cooler: cooked corn (47F - Cold Holding). Manager will ice and use time as Time As A Public Health Control **Corrective Action Taken**
