  • 41-18-4:High Priority - Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Upon inspection, 3 compartment sink quaternary sanitizer reading over 500ppm by changing color outside color chart. Operator added clean water to solution to bring strength down to 200ppm. Corrected On-Site
  • 16-37-1:Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Operator does not have chemical test kit for 3 compartment sink, or temperature tester for hot water sanitizer at dish machine. Provided operator with some test strips during inspection.
