ALSO DURING THE COMPLAINT INSPECTION INSTRUCTED OPERATOR TO RUN THE DISH MACHINE, DURING THE CYCLE OF THE DISH MACHINE OBSERVED SEWAGE OVERFLOWING FROM THE DRAIN LINE ONTO THE FLOOR. THE DRAIN LINE IS ADJACENT TO THE COOK LINE IN THE KITCHEN. Warning
