Sandwich reach-in cooler is not keeping food cold, per operator, a work order has been submitted to diagnose and repair. Reach-in freezer by fryers is not functioning and has been put out of service.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Ghost pepper wings in walk-in cooler at 48f for 20 minutes. Per manager, wings were pulled from the walk-in cooler and used to refill service line wings before being brought back to walk-in cooler. Manager began ice bath for wings to rapidly cool them. **Corrective Action Taken**
