Upon inspection, dipperwell water was turned off while utensils were sitting in standing water. Operator turned dipperwell back on during inspection. Corrected On-Site
- 08B-12-5:Basic - Stored food not covered. Italian ice stored in reach-in freezers in back of kitchen in igloo drink coolers with no lid.
- 29-42-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Automatic vacuum breaker missing from added splitter attachment at mop sink.
- 53B-02-5:Intermediate - No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233.
