- 01B-02-5:High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Upon inspection observed chicken wings on the line. Took temperature and wings were 65F. Asked operator and he stated that Food was prepared around noon but could not provide exact time. Manager proceeded to throw chicken wing away at time of inspection.
