Observed accumulation of grease build up and food debris throughout kitchen and over prep and cooking areas. Also one tile over ice cream machine with damaged pieces hanging over area.
- 14-09-4:Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting board over freezer of beef Pattie's covered in pink mold like substance. Repeat Violation
