  • 12A-09-4:High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee put on gloves to drop raw chicken wings in the fryer basket for cooking. Employee touched the timer with same chicken juice glove. Another employee with clean gloves touched the same timer then started to handle food. Souped employee and explained to manager. Manager explained to employee and she properly changed the gloves. Other employee changed the gloves as well. Corrected On-Site
  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken wings 48 f on ice in red tub by fryer. Some ice melted in the bag. As per manager wings in the tip for 2 hours, employee replaced the ice bag. **Corrective Action Taken**
