  • 03D-15-4:Intermediate - Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. *hot scrambled eggs stored in reach-in cooler, wrapped with cling wrap was still at 115F at 1.5 hours. Was placed on top of sausage links prepared the previous day, bringing up the temperature of the sausage to 52F. Educated staff, suggest rapid chill.
