  • 50-09-4:Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Operator has license for different Wendy's location posted, the one on 2001 principle row. Operator was able to find correct one through email. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 16-55-4:Basic - Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Per operator, they have a service order placed for dish machine. They are not using it and have their triple sink set up for warewashing.
  • 31A-09-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed container inside handwashing sink by office. Operator removed. Corrected On-Site
