Observed two flying insects on the floor drain in the banquet kitchen., Executive Chef notify the current professional pest control service, on premises at time of inspection. Spoke to Supervisor on duty next unannounced inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 29-42-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed splitter added to mop sink, must provide vacuum breaker for the mop sink.
- 31A-09-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed plate stand stored in the front of the hand wash sink located by the walk in cooler. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
