  • 14-54-4:Basic - Fixed nonfood-contact equipment not sealed to adjoining equipment/walls when exposed to spillage. Observed fire suppression system hood not properly sealed located on the cook line. Observed bottom of the smoker edge around missing located on the southern pride.
  • 29-20-5:Basic - Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Handwashing sink located unisex bathroom draining very slow operator notify plumbing company. Note: Four unisex bathrooms employees will be using the same restroom as customers.
  • 33-06-4:Basic - Trash receptacles not provided where needed in establishment. Observed no trash can provided for hand wash sinks throughout kitchen and bar. One trash can was placed beside the hand wash sink in the expo line and server area. **Corrected On-Site**
  • 45-04-4:Use of cooking equipment producing grease laden vapors/smoke with no hood suppression system installed. Notified Fire AHJ. For reporting purposes only. Observed Fire Suppression System has rusty metal on the bottom panels above fryers on the cook line and flat grill and chargrill located on the cook line. Recommend to replace or resurface the panel Spoke to QA in our district office concerning the issue.
