- 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed interior white panel in ice machine has old food debris on the surface.
- 36-34-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed air conditioner vent around ceiling tiles has terrible dust accumulation near cook line and dishwasher area.
