  • 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employees put on gloves and start engaging with food. Asked employees to wash hands and then put on gloves. Employees did.
  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. sausage patties (45F - Cold Holding) since 1 hour, employee placed them in the reach in freezer to bring temperature down to at least 41F **Corrective Action Taken**
