- 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee was cleaning upfront then she did put a gloves on without washing hand to serve ice cream. Coach it on the spot with operator. **Corrective Action Taken** Repeat Violation
