  • 01B-13-4:High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Per manager the pizza sauce held on their 10 hour time frame, that has been lab tested to be safely held out of temperature control for no more then 10 hours, was made last night at closing time around midnight, pizza sauce still in use when the inspector arrived at approximately 2:15pm.
  • 53B-02-5:Intermediate - No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. One employee on site stated they have worked over 2 years and they do not have any proof of training.
  • 11-26-1:Intermediate - No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Per manager new employees do go over their reporting responsibilities but does not have anything on site to prove that they have reviewed those things with the new employees that are present during inspection.
