In reach in cooler in drive thru area sweet cream (56F - Cooling); cheesecake filling (54F - Cooling). Manager stated they had temped at 9 am and they were below 41. Manager stated they had been in the cooler. Manager placed items in walk-in cooler to bring back down to temperature. Rechecked temperature sweet cream 44F, cheesecake 50F. **Corrective Action Taken**
