After corrections attempt, second temp was 42F at 11:10 am. Butter cups at front counter station initial temperature was 52F. 9:45am After correction attemp, second temp was still 52F. At 11:10 am. These were out less than 2 hours before final correction. Manager moved them to a nearby reaching cooler and will dispense from there going forward.
