  • 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. Found case of salad mix on initial walk through being stored on walk in cooler floor. Employee working in cooler put it on the shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
  • 33-11-4:Basic - Missing drain plug at dumpster. Shared plaza garbage dumpster missing a drain plug.
  • 42-01-4:Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Found two mops improperly stored for drying
  • 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher sanitizer didn't register during first run. Manager Changed bucket, the machine was primed, and then the sanitizer strength registers at 100ppm. **Corrected On-Site**

After corrections attempt, second temp was 42F at 11:10 am. Butter cups at front counter station initial temperature was 52F. 9:45am After correction attemp, second temp was still 52F. At 11:10 am. These were out less than 2 hours before final correction. Manager moved them to a nearby reaching cooler and will dispense from there going forward.
