- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Build up of spider webs and dust on exterior of all equipment. All areas must be cleaned prior to going back into operation.
- 16-46-4:Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Several pans on clean dish shelf have old labels.
- 36-50-4:Basic - Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Floors and walls area soiled with spider webs.
- 29-37-4:High Priority - Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Spray hose at triple sink hanging in sink.
