- 36-30-4:Basic - Wall not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, warewashing areas or bathroom. Observed plywood supporting air conditioning unit that is not smooth or easily cleanable.
- 10-05-5:High Priority - In-use utensil stored in unclean water at or above 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed spoon used to serve shrimp in container of water at 86F.
