  • 24-05-4:Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed sauce bottles and shaker containers on dry shelf stored not inverted.
  • 40-06-5:Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed large portable speaker plugged in and sitting on prep table to the right of walk in cooler.
  • 13-03-4:Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed person in charge with no hair restraint on and preparing food.
